Salomon Quest 8

The Salomon Quest 8 is a ski boot built for all-mountain skiing and hiking. This is similar to the Salomon Quest 10, but has a reduced amount of thermoformable foam in the tongue only and a heel cushioning system.

Otherwise they are the same, using Ride and Hike technology to allow a locked backbone for strong support while skiing and a released backbone with construction that supports freedom of movement. A light back spoiler is also used improve the back support of the boot, and a single canting system allows the cuff to be moved inward for a better fit. A Biovent system is used to allow moisture to leave the boot, keeping the feet cool and dry.
