Forum Scallywag
$370.00
Released January, 2009
The Pros:Flexes from tip to tail, moves when you do. Handles powder very well, floats over it and carves readily. Very light, won't pull down on your legs on the lift.
The Cons:Landings have to be well centered on larger drops, a little unstable. Gets little nicks and dents fairly quickly.
The Forum Scallywag is an award-winning snowboard laced with Chillydog’s Continuous Rocker, a constant arc underfoot that provides stability and predictability. Featured on the Scallywag is a Poplar core that is light, flexible and forgiving.

It works with the Freebase base for spins, grabs, and high speeds by emphasizing acceleration, but still ensuring the core stays safe and undamaged. Additional features include Biax laminates with strands that crisscross at a 90-degree angel for a more smooth and forgiving ride; and the Swingers Club, a Forum certification that means the Scallywag can spin quicker due to shavings in weight.
