It is built with a dragonfly core, a multizone EGD, and Lightning Bolts that radiate out from the channel cutting the response time of the board's edges down for more precise control.

The Burton Custom X (2010) comes with Triax Response fiberglass, a Sintered N20 WFO Vision base and Infinite Ride tuning. Another model is labeled the Burton Custom X Wide (2010) which has the exact same features and options as the Burton Custom X (2010), the only difference is that it is designed to be a little bit wider for consumers who have larger boots. Both models are recommended to be used with CO2 EST bindings and Ion boots.
